Trudy 17 Yr Old  BLM Mare             Sorpresa 12 yr old daughter

Both are mellow, friendly, and halter broken.  Sorpresa has been sat on, but no saddle training. Financial situation forces me to either give up horses or find a place that will allow free board in exchange for ranch work. Please help me.

"Boss"

Free Quarter Horse

Saddle Trained

Qualified Adopter Only

Broke, gentle, servicably sound, and has had a dental workup. Has calcification in his fronts (carpi/knees) but stays sound, just not suitable for heavy work or heavy rider. I weigh about 124 & ride him just fine. I am having financial issues & cannot keep him. I rescued him from local horse killer, paid all the bills, & now need him to go somewhere else. My stalls/pens are full & its mud city here, he needs somewhere dry to go, and a buddy. Gets along well with my geldings. Can deliver within 50 miles for gas money. He's fun to ride & very well trained.(ex roper)

They are halter trained and have been under saddle but have regressed back to wild! They are located in Castro Valley. These horses belonged to an older man who past away... the wife is still living but can not care for them, she herself has to have people come in and take care of her. The health care people are feeding hay to the horses now... they need a new home as soon as possible... if you are interested please call me to make arrangement to go see them... 650-270-9348 Becky D.

"Nevada"

4 Year Old BLM Mustang

9 Months Professionally SaddleTrained Mustang

More important than the adoption fee of $500 is that Nevada finds a great home.  He is friendly and has done very well on the trail.  Owner has too many horses and can't afford them all.
